Both flavours taste great and do an amazing job of replacing any fluids lost during exercise. Whether it be a intense workout, a long training session or you just feel dehydrated in general, these electrolytes are the answer. I've been using this for over 2 months now and its by far the best supplement I've added to my routine.

Really enjoyable to drink and I don’t go a day without it. The stick pack makes it easy to travel with and take on the go. I like to drink mine with about 750ml of water but could easily be mixed with 500ml or 1L and still taste fab. Look forward to trying any new flavours in the future.
