Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, so you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened (delivery box can be open) and the product is in its original condition. We are unable to accept returns of open products due to safety and causing damages during return transit due to the seal being opened. Furthermore, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible.

 

To process a return please contact us via the CONTACT US page (or email help@theformula.shop) with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product to be returned
  • Reason for returning
  • Refund or alternative product to be sent

 

Note: There will be a charge of £4 for returning your item, this will be deducted from your total refund amount. In addition, shipping costs are non-refundable - if you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will not be included.

 

Damages, Issues or Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item or there is damage to the product, please contact us via the CONTACT US page (or email help@theformula.shop) so we can evaluate the issue at hand and make everything right.

 

Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product to be returned
  • Description of fault/issue/damage (with photos if applicable)
  • Refund or replacement to be sent

After we have investigated the issue, we can process a refund, or send a replacement.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
