How To Take

For a full experience, stir 2 scoops with 500ml of cold water and consume 30 minutes before beginning activity.

For a less intense dose, or if you are a beginner with pre-workouts, take 1 scoop.

Best pre workout I've used

Used many a pre over the years. This is the best. Dosages as per the label, good quality stuff and doesn't make me feel like I've got fleas whilst it's kicking in.
Once it has kicked in, I find I get 50+ minutes of high intensity exercise, which is more than enough. I also feel laser focused on what I'm doing.
So far, using this has pushed me into dropping 11 pounds of fat.

For reference, I use the full experience, 2 scoops.

Very pleased with this. Having gone through so many over the years it's good to see a lot of thought has gone into not making a run of the mill same old pre ingredients and dosing it incorrectly. If you're looking for a full on caffeine hit for 20 mins this isn't it, takes you there nicely and keeps you there for easily 45 mins to 1 hour+ without suddenly crashing with the shakes when you've pushed yourself.
