The perfect electrolyte blend

Both flavours taste great and do an amazing job of replacing any fluids lost during exercise. Whether it be a intense workout, a long training session or you just feel dehydrated in general, these electrolytes are the answer. Smart dosing, well-designed and in easy-to-use sachets, I couldn't ask for anything more.

What are electrolytes & why are they important?

Electrolytes are minerals like sodium, potassium and magnesium that help regulate hydration, muscle function, nerve impulses and pH balance in the body

Which electrolytes do I need to replenish after sweating?

Primarily sodium and potassium, as they're lost in highest concentration through sweat. Magnesium, Chloride, Calcium, Phosphorus and Iodine can also be important depending on your diet and activity level - however most electrolyte products just ignore them.

Can't I just drink water to stay hydrated?

Water helps, but without electrolytes, your body may struggle to retain and use that fluid effectively - especially after intense sweating

What causes electrolyte imbalances?

Dehydratin, over hydration (diluting electrolytes so by just drinking plain water a lot), poor diet, illness and heavy sweating can all disrupt your electrolyte balance.

Usage & Daily Use

When should I take electrolytes during the day?

They can be taken in a preventative way (first thing in the morning, before workouts and exercise, etc) or in a reactive way when you are aware you've sweat a lot or are going to be electrolyte deficient (e.g. during/after workouts, any time you notice you've sweat a lot or are low on energy).

Can I take electrolytes every day?

Yes - especially so if you train often, sweat a lot or follow a low-carb diet. Just ensure you're not exceeding your individual needs.

Do I still need electrolytes if I'm not working out?

Absolutely. Daily hydration, focus and energy rely on electrolyte balance - even if you're just at a desk!

It also includes commonly overlooked electrolytes that are still lost in sweat, but for some reason other products don't include them (probably because they're trying to cut corners/costs)
